Soothe & strengthen your body with movement and mindfulness practices.
Mindful movement flow incorporates mindfulness practices along with movement. The focus is on creating awareness of movement and breath. We use a mix of gentle stretches, strengthening exercises, and restorative poses.
You will learn techniques to ease tension, reduce pain, and move through your life with greater ease. Each class ends with a resting pose, a breathing exercise, and a mindful meditation.
This class is 90 minutes. It is recommended for everyone, though please let me know in advance if you have any injuries or illnesses which are relevant for me to be aware of. There is no flexibility required.
